Tidy Towns flower tubs vandalised again

GARDAI in Carrickmacross have arrested a man in relation to the valdalisation of Tidy Towns flower arrangements in the town. Approximately half a dozen tubs at lower Main Street were upturned on Sunday night/Monday morning last in a spate of anti social behaviour which has unfortunately become an annual occurrence by people hell bent on undoing the hard work undertaken by our Tidy Towns Committee. Judge Sean MacBride has harshly dealt with a number of people already before him and whom he convicted in the local court for damage to Tidy Towns arrangements. He has made it clear that he will not tolerate this type of anti-social behaviour.
