Monaghan’s first Children’s Toy Library

Congratulations to the dedicated voluntary Committee who will officially open Monaghan’s first Children’s Toy Library in the Workhouse this Friday, 25th September!

A Toy Library lends toys, puzzles and games appropriate for children at different stages of their development.

Carrickmacross Toy Library was formed by local parents and is a not-for-profit Registered Charity.

Initially aimed at children from 0 to 6 years, parents will pay a small Membership Fee, which will contribute towards repairing broken toys and purchasing new toys.
